Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Products ship from Florida.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS Ground. Flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping  to The United States. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping to many countries.  International shipping rates will be shown at the time of check out.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at AmyS@SassChick.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
